Technology development projects will be developed by the joint center to address food safety challenges with cutting-edge and applied technologies.
In the meeting, committee members and advisors also discussed the strategies for FSC to take lead in food safety related technology developments and to become a communication channel with the public and media about food related news.
Networking session provided the opportunity for cooperate members to share their insights and difficulties in food protection. After receiving the feedbacks from industry, FSC can further formulate its long-term development directions.
