FSC has initiated a number of food safety projects across different disciplines with the industry. They include those in tackling food fraud and authenticity verification, blockchain application in food safety, oil authentication, partnering with European and Chinese partners to create food safety solutions across the continents, and many others are still budding.

We collaborate with the industry, government, research institutes and other food safety stakeholders in multidisciplinary manner to foster the advancement of global food safety.
